4. UGGP News Response Process

5. Counter-Notices
Contributors who believe their content was wrongly removed may submit a counter-notice, including:

- A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed in error.
- Consent to jurisdiction in U.S. federal courts for disputes.
UGGP News will reinstate content if legally justified.
